WHO IS TAMRA ROSE?

She is soulful, jazzy and real; unapologetically herself. As a singer and song writer, Tamra writes from her heart and from the experiences of her life, with hopes that it would encourage, enlighten, and empower those that listen.

Tamra Rose has a more polished and full sound. She strives to stretch herself vocally and lyrically as she continues her music career.

WHEN DID YOU GET YOUR START?

Tamra started singing at a young age in church and then trained and perfected her craft while in college at Indiana University. It was when she went to college that she gained a passion for being on stage. She wrote her first song in college and realized that her lyrics had power. Tamra vowed to use her music to do more than just to entertain but to invoke emotion, thought, comfort, and strength.

Tamra is a creative and is inspired by  nature, music, human interaction, and most of all life experiences. She pulls from her life experience, influences of the strong women in her family, and faith to bring her music to life.
